The Courses

Our Curriculum Is Challenging

In designing the PDM program, we recognized that creative types learn better by doing rather than by only reading or watching. So in this program, there is a great deal of "doing" in the form of hands-on practice and experimentation. The program is offered over three years. In the first year, you learn the basic computer skills and design theory that you will need to complete years two and three. In the second year, the focus is on the basics of web and print design software. In the third year, you design whatever you see in your imagination using more advanced software and more advanced techniques.

In this program, we know that hands-on learning is the best way to understand and remember what you learn; this is why you will have your own computer to learn on throughout the program. Our instructors are experts in computer software and dedicated to helping you succeed.
