Débutant
Vocabulaire de base, comprehension  de l’oral, introduction aux verbes (to be - to have), structures élémentaires.

Intermédiaire I
Affirmatif, negatif et questions, temps des verbes et la forme progressive, conversations par thématique, mises en situations.

Intermédiaire II
Langue parlée et écrite, situation du véu quotidien, textes authentiques, emphase sur la conversation.

Avancé
Stratégies de communication applicables dans le milieu de travail ainsi que dans un contexte social. Presentations, activités de groupe et individuelles.  Revision grammaticale.

Spanish Beginners        (File #6000)

This course is designed for students who have little or no knowledge of the Spanish language.  Students will acquire knowledge of basic structures and vocabulary, with the emphasis on listening, comprehension, oral expression and reading.

Ballroom Dancing - Level I   (File #6001)

This course is designed for individuals with little/no experience in social dancing. The course will deal with Latin styles (Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba) and modern styles (Waltz, Fox Trot, Tango). Rock and Roll will also be incorporated. (Couples only)

Tai Chi Chuan         (File #6003)

Discover this soft internal art of traditional Chinese exercise and find a sense of vitality, balance and health you never knew existed. Based upon the teachings of Lao Tze, Tai Chi is the most practised art in the world and can be done by people of all ages and conditions. This course will introduce forms of the Yang style.

Weight Training Fitness         (File #6004)      

This course concentrates on developing proper muscle tone and strength. Every class starts with 20 minutes of stretching and aerobic exercises and is followed by 60 minutes of different weight training programs and 10 minutes cool down period.  This course can be very beneficial in the prevention of injuries.

Yoga

Developing Your Intuition   (File #6007)

This course will help you develop your intuitive abilities and show you how to use those abilities to help yourself and others.  These abilities include among others clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience.  Each person has their own unique “language”.  Students will work with each other and with the teacher to develop their own unique intuitive skills.

Learn about the ancient Chinese tradition of environmental design that promotes well-being, balance, and harmony. This workshop is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to integrate skills and knowledge in a simulated office situation by performing various tasks and job functions, which are required in order to work effectively in a modern, electronic office.  At this time, learners will acquire knowledge of Windows 2000 and introduction to word processing program such as MS-Word.  MS-Word is used to generate form letters.

Photoshop has long been the reigning photo editing and graphics creation program on both the PC and Mac platforms.  With the advent of the web, it has quickly become the tool of choice for creating Web graphics, as well.  This hands-on course will acquaint you with the features of this powerful and popular graphics program.

Topics covered will include color correction, scanning techniques, color theory, restoring photographs and creating Web graphics and animations.
