It is my pleasure to present you with this annual report, which outlines the operations and achievements of Champlain Regional College in the academic year 2003-2004.
The college personnel have excelled in responding to the needs of our three communities for post-secondary education in English. Champlain Regional College has accomplished the objectives it set for this year as well as those determined by the Ministry. All our operations have been carried out in conformity with the laws and regulations, which govern colleges in Quebec.
