Pre-University Programs

Universities offering degrees in programs including arts, commerce, communications, computer science, dentistry, education, engineering, law, marine biology, medicine, physics, and psychology require specific courses and a successfully completed DEC from an accredited CÉGEP for admission to their programs. Students whose goal it is to do university studies are advised by the College to pursue pre-university studies at St-Lambert and to see a college Academic Advisor to ensure that they are completing the necessary studies to ensure entrance in their university of choice.

International Baccalaureate Program
Although other CEGEPs may model their program on the International Baccalaureate Program, there is only one IB!
Science Program  
The two year pre-university Health Science and Pure & Applied Science options prepare you for admission to the faculties of Science, Engineering and Health Sciences at university.
Explorations Science  
Explorations Science is designed for students who want Sciences but are missing the required high school pre-requisite courses.
Social Science - Choice Option  
The Social Science Choice Option allows you to explore the social sciences before making a commitment to a particular area of study.
Social Science - Commerce Option  
Interested in studies in Commerce, Business Administration, Law or Computer Science at university? Champlain College Saint-Lambert’s Commerce option provides you with the required courses for university admission in these fields.

Social Science - Criminology Option  
The criminology option is ideal for students wanting to explore studies in anthropology, criminology, psychology, or sociology.

Social Science - Education Option  
The Education Option is designed for anyone who is considering a future in teaching or in other fields related to education.
Social Science - Psychology Option  
The Psychology Option was put together with many goals in mind, the first being to prepare students for future studies in Psychology at the university level.
Social Science - World Studies Option  
The World Studies Option is designed to prepare students for university studies with an international focus.
Creative Arts, Languages & Literature - Creative Arts Option
  Creative Arts if for students who wish to have a career in one of the fast-growing visual arts fields.
Creative Arts, Languages & Literature - Modern Languages Option
  Champlain College Saint-Lambert's Modern Languages Option gives students the opportunity to learn two new languages in addition to perfecting their French and English.
Liberal Arts  
  Liberal Arts is an innovative program geared for academically-oriented students who value a creative approach to college education as well as freedom of choice in the selection of courses.
 
     
 
Career Programs

Career programs require that the student learn concepts, theory and design in addition to practical training. The programs are three years in length and require students to successfully complete courses not only within their specialty but also courses in general education such as English, French, mathematics, humanities and physical education. In doing so, students are given a well-rounded education that equips them with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. Here's what Champlain College Saint-Lambert has in 3-Year Career programs.
Advertising Management (Business Management)
In this three-year diploma option, students will develop the basic skills required for planning, creating and implementing advertising and marketing communications activities. The Advertising Management option is designed to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of the technical, creative, and business aspects of the advertising industry.
Sport Marketing & Management Option (Business Management)
The Sport Marketing & Management program prepares students to effectively manage and market in a wide range of sport-related enterprises including collegiate athletics, amateur and professional sports, sport-marketing firms, special-event management, and facility management.
Graphic Communications Option (Office Systems Technology)
The Graphic Communications program at Champlain College Saint-Lambert is a three-year career program that prepares students to work in the exciting field of graphics.
Tourism Management Option (Tourism)
Champlain College Saint-Lambert is the only English CEGEP to offer the three-year, tuition-free Tourism program. In the Tourism Management option, you will discover the many facets of the industry; learn how to use the most recent industry technology; and participate in trade shows as well as plan and go on local, regional, national and international trips
Programming for Web, Multimedia & Business (Computer Science)
Champlain College Saint-Lambert’s Computer Science program — Programming for Web, Multimedia and Business option — teaches students how to conceive, create and manage the computerized systems that drive the information technology industry.
